  • Enable ported number status check for customers: Approved/ Rejected/ Reverted
  • Enable ported number request actions: Accept/ Reject
  • Enable ported number process notifications

Customer

  • Send a request for number porting
  • Track the request by checking the status: Approved/ Failed/ Reverted
  • Receive notifications on the request process
  • Resubmit the request, if needed
